Freesky offers a 15-Day Price Protection Guarantee for all ebike orders purchased directly from our official website.
1. The price protection period is 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the price of the exact same item (model, color, configuration) is reduced on our website during this period, you may apply for a price adjustment.
2. Excluded from price protection are:
- Equipments (Accessories/Electric/Parts)
- Used eBikes
- Promotions such as coupons, flash sales, bundle deals, clearance sales, or limited-time special offers
3. Once approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your choice.
4. Each order is eligible for one price adjustment only. If the item is discontinued or out of stock, the policy does not apply.
5. To request price protection, please contact our customer service team at service@freeskycycle.com within the 15-day window and provide your order number and proof of the lower price. We will process your request within 3–5 business days.
Freesky reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
