FREESKY Shipping Policy
Costs & Destinations
Currently, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
Shipping Areas:
- 49 contiguous states in the United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico excluded).
- 10 provinces in Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon excluded).
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please provide a valid residential or commercial shipping address.
Orders shipped to remote or special areas may incur additional shipping fees.
Freesky reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered.
Shipping Time
In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We will provide a tracking number within 2 business days after dispatch, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.
Our default carrier is FedEx, but the carrier may vary depending on location and warehouse availability.
It may take 24–48 hours for your shipment to be scanned and 2–10 business days for delivery.
Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or inventory availability.
Freesky is not responsible for shipping delays caused by such external factors.

Pre-orders & Backorders
For pre-orders or backorders, please refer to the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page.
The actual shipping time may vary due to production or logistics factors.
If a significant delay occurs, Freesky will notify customers by email.
Accessories Shipping
Accessories are usually shipped from our warehouse in the United States or Canada, and delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.
If the item is not available in local warehouses, it will be shipped from our factory in China, which usually takes about 2 weeks.
When accessories are shipped from China, customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel an order that has not entered the shipping process, no fee will be charged.
- Change of Address: Free of charge before the order is shipped.
- Model or Color Changes: Free of charge before the order is shipped.
After Shipping
- Order Cancellation:
Cancellation after shipment (once the tracking number has been generated) will incur a $150 return shipping fee, or $200 during the holiday season (October–December).
This fee covers the outbound and return shipping charges imposed by the carrier.
- Change of Address:
Address change after shipment will incur a $20 carrier fee.
- Refused Deliveries:
If a customer refuses to accept delivery without prior notice to Freesky, the same $150–$200 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping details via your Freesky account at www.freeskycycle.com.
If you haven’t registered an account, you can still track your order using your order number.
For additional shipping information, contact service@freeskycycle.com. We typically respond within 24 hours.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, an item may be damaged during transportation.
If shipping damage occurs, please contact service@freeskycycle.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if scratched or slightly damaged during transport.
Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
If the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact Freesky within 3 business days.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted, and customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Freesky is not responsible for any loss or theft thereafter.
