Purchased a WARRIOR in June! It’s so solid and capable for ANYTHING! I use it to cut-herd cattle on the farm! The dual 1000 watt motors negotiate our farm Hills, creeks, hay field, or woods….and of course, cruises around the parks and lakes of the Ozark's! Effortlessly! So…. I Had to get the Rocky Pro A320 for my wife…..she was reluctant at first, but within 30 minutes we rode 16 miles and she loves it!! We are 68, 67 years old and gave our bicycles to our adult kids years ago, because we just didn’t have the energy for tradition! These Freesky e-bike’s have given us back our freedom and joy, to ride and obviously much more!!! I’ve never been rode a bike to manage our cows and calves! Super pleased!! Thanks Freesky

I was a little bit nervous about this purchase because I'm a bigger girl and I was worried about the weight limit. I weigh 260 and have no problem riding this bad bike with a 50 lb backpack. It will easily go to cruising speeds of 30 mph just using the throttle and I haven't gotten the courage up to go beyond pedal assist number 3 because that is more than fast enough for me! I would recommend getting a very heavy-duty lock to go with it because it catches eyes all over town. I live in a big city and I'm able to get from point A to point B faster than I would with a car or the bus! I spent my last dime on this but it was worth every penny! I also made sure to get a good helmet because if you're going 30 miles an hour and happened to wipe out you're going to want a helmet. Very easy to ride, pretty easy to assemble I just had a Little Help from my landlord, and lights and everything work great! I told my friends I might never get a car with this thing LOL even in the snow it works great!

I just put my first 100 miles on this bike and totally love my Freesky Rocky. It is fast and very sturdy. I am 5 inch 2 ft and it fits perfectly. I am also pleased with the great customer service. After receiving the bike,I assembled the front brake it did not work properly and the front brake disc was slightly bent. I contacted customer service and received an immediate reply and was reassured that the would assist me with any problems. I sent pictures and video and received new parts in the mail. I was still able to ride the bike without the front brake working but now everything is working perfectly! I worked with Carl through Amazon and also Freesky.com. Also, there is a Freesky ebike Official group on Facebook that provides additional information about the bikes.

After searching and reading countless reviews, I settled on the Freesky Rocky 48v to 750w eBike and I could not be happier. Had a few questions after purchase and the tech support could not be better. Fast. Responsive. Totally engaged in resolving the issue. Do not hesitate to purchase a bike from Freesky. The Rockyhas plenty of power. The bike comes mostly assembled. What does not come assembled takes no-time to finish. Some details worth mentioning:. Bike is built very well. Solid, not flimsy in any way. The brakes are exceptional. The shifting is smooth. The headlight kicks butt and the fact it has a taillight is awesome. Front and rear suspension (the rear is a bit stiff but....). The controller/computer is easy to read and adjust. I really can not say enough good about this bike. I am 250lbs and 5 inch 9 ft and this bike hauls me around no problem. I have added the rear rack bag, added mirrors and swapped out the seat for one that I had on a previous bike. This is one purchase that I have no remorse from. Buy one for yourself and see.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife, it is perfect Step-thru design is extremly easy to get on, especially for women. Good way for commute and save money. She loves the dual suspension including front suspension fork & rear suspension, it rides so very smooth and is so comfortable. We trail ride together and it is suitable for all terrains. The motor drive is very strong and makes it easy to climb mountains. It comes with a Samsung Battery that lasts for long rides. The Hydraulic Disc brake system is very impressive with very good braking ability. It is equipped with a 20x4.0 inch anti-wear fat tire.

I bought the rocky for my wife.She tried a full size E bike and found it was a little too big and heavy.I ran across this on amazon and checked it out on you tube.It looked like a solid build.The packaging was great.The bike was in great shape.I test drove it and found this thing has excellent torque out of the hole.We did a little trail riding through the woods a couple times she handled it nice nothing extreme but a easy ride.The rear and front suspension handled it fine.She has a couple hundred miles on it now and every thing is great. The paths we've been riding mixed moderate hills,bike paths and street she gets about 40 miles on a charge.She usually doesnt use above level 2 because this thing can push 30 or better on 5.The brake light is a nice feature and the headlight looks pretty cool.Would I buy it again?Yes.

This is my first Ebike. I did all kind of research. The one thing that stood out for me was all the great things people said about customer service. They were not kidding. The customer service even after the purchase has been simply amazing. Living in illinois, which is really flat, I bought mine more for distance riding. Few hills here and there but mostly flat. I weight about 160, carry a bag with tools and stuff to change a flat tire. Using pedal assist three, with an average speed of 20 mph, I can get about 60 to 70 miles on a single charge. Figure total weight of me and all the stuff to about 200 pounds. The biggest shock, I bought a second battery. The case was broken. I thought forsure, I was gonna have to either eat the loss, or try and fix it. They sent me a new case. I was shocked!! Normally I dont do reviews. I dont pay much attention to reviews. Yea, they will brag about this and that, but how will it hold up long term? With customer service the way it is, I believe even if it has issues on down the road, they will help deal with it. I live in a very small town, no bike paths around me. So how it would hold up riding trails through the woods, no clue. I just love being able to jump on it, take off, and see where what road takes me.

I've owned many different brands of ebikes. Nothing compares to the quality build of Freesky ebikes. The interface is very user friendly and their bikes are very approachable. After buying one, I couldn't help myself and bought another one. All my friends and family that try the Freesky bikes I have say they are the best they have ridden. Another thing that needs to be mentioned is the customer service. The customer service has been the best experience I have ever had with any type of business. Not just with ebikes. Steve has been helping me along with other members of their team. They sincerely want you to have the best experience. What're you waiting for? Buy one (or two) already!!

First of all, the pictures on the website do no justice when it comes to how nice this bike looks. the paint job and welds are beautiful. After assembly, I took the new 2026 Rocky Pro A-320 out for the maiden voyage, a quick 4 miles ride, and wow. All that I can say is wow. This bike rides even better than I thought it would. Throttle response is peppy. Front and rear suspension worked very well with my 235 lbs onboard. Brakes are superb. I'm totally satisfied with how the bike rides and feels. Seat is comfortable. I don't see a need to upgrade it at this point. The tires also seem to be of a pretty good quality and four the mix of grass and paved trail that I ride. The mag wheels eliminate the need for any spoke maintainance, which is always a plus for me. There are a few things that surprised me, and that I'm not pleased with. I'm totally blown away by the lack of proper, updated videos and user manuals for the 2026 Rocky Pro A-320. All of the instructional materials available are for earlier version Rocky Pro bikes. I'm totally shocked and disappointed that the display, while being visually pleasing, it's very simplistic, and lacking basic info found on my sub $1k Aipas Ebike bikes, and other bikes comparably priced to the 2026 Rocky Pro A-320. The display does not show actual battery voltage or battery percentage. It only has the battery bars which is not the best way to know exactly where your battery life is. The display doesn't show the amount of motor power being put out. What's strange is that on startup, it looks like those readings would. Now, maybe it can actually show those things, but changes need to be made to settings, hence we're back to the lack of accurate user instruction manuals. One thing that I'm not a fan of, and I saw it before I placed my order are the handlebars. I hate how small they are. With the display mounted horizontal, there's very little room left to mount anything else. I like the accessory package that comes with the bike. While, I wouldn't consider it adequate as the primary, the lock is decent, and a lot better than what came with my other bikes. They included two mirrors,which was good, but due to the small handlebars, and how all of the controls are laid out, the mirrors are useless. You can't install them close enough to the bar ends to see anything other than your torso. The bottle holder seems decent, but the bike comes with no screw points to mount it, so I'm not sure how that will work out or if I'll just use the bottle holder on my rear rack bag. Overall, I'm pleased with the bike, and after Marlena Matłosz helped me get the user manuals and instructions, to get the bike dialed in for me, I'm completely satisfied.

The Rocky is a nice 👌 bike. It works well for my wife because it's lighter and smaller than the Wildcats. She has around 500 miles so far with no problems. We have two Wildcats with over 2000 miles on them without any issues.

I ride my e-bike 10 to 15 miles nearly every day and I love it. I have a whole new attitude about exercise and recreation. The only thing missing was the companionship of my sweet wife enjoying this new adventure with me. She’s afraid of my bike because it’s too large, heavy and over powered for her. We searched for the perfect e-bike for her tiny 5’2” frame and discovered the Freesky Rocky Pro; it’s the perfect size, weight, and power for her and it’s loaded with features important to us. With the seat lowered both of her feet reach the ground, it’s nimble, comfortable and very easy for her to ride. Gentle as a lamb in pas 1 or 2 with all the torque and speed you need in higher pas levels. I had to reach out to customer service to fix a problem that I accidentally caused and hooked up with Kiki. She was excellent; prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem fixed, we’re very happy customers!

Love the Freesky Rocky. Freesky provided me with a twist throttle which I like better than the thumb throttle. To make this powerful bike behave better on mountain trails I put on shorter cranks so the pedals don’t strike rocks and roots. Next I replaced the rear spring can with an air shock. I no longer bounce in the air when hitting a knarly bump. I replaced the perfectly good seat with an even better one. Finally I put on an aftermarket steel u shaped guard to protect the rear cassette . The thing I like best about the Rocky is the shorter length. I can roll it up a ramp into my pick up truck and close the gate. I lean the bike against the bed and tie it up in a hot minute. The guts of this bike is pure gold. The only thing I don’t like is the less than bright display.
