Customer video review of Brake Pad

2000 miles today! New brake pads received after about two weeks from China. Easy to order and they track your order. New rear tire, front tire should have another 1000 miles (stock tires). New tire should go 3-5000 miles. No flats in last year on this one but not a lot of off road riding though Houston streets are not exactly hazzard free.

Customer photo review of CRAVOT CyberRack E2 Hitch Bike Rack

This rack makes easy work for loading and unloading for me at 69 yrs old. I load both the Alaska Pro and the Warrior by myself very easily. With both bikes pushing north of 90 lbs I’m close to pushing the weight limit for the rack and it has handled rough roads with out any failure.

Bike is almost perfect. The range and power is perfectly balance out. I do a lot of offroading ride with it around the mountains in the Bay Area, California. The only thing that made me upset was the rear wheel is wobbling when I first got it, but since I do not want to send it back, I just went to my local bike shop to get fixed.

The bottle holder easily attaches. It’s made of metal, so you’re able to try wider to accept larger bottles, however, be aware that it can scratch metal bottles. It’s best to use plastic.

This is my fourth e-bike, and the best one to date. It’s also the most expensive to date as well, but… after three e-bikes in the sub $1K price range, I am reminded that yes, you do in fact get what you pay for. This bike has more range than any bike I’ve ever heard of, realistic range to boot. The build quality is great, even the welding. It shifts & rides smooth, and looks good doing it. I do miss the step thru frame from my Jasion Thunder, but that’s the only thing I miss. To date I have upgraded the tubes & tires, the seat, added a handlebar riser and stem riser for better riding position. I swapped the thumb throttle for the twist version. I added upgraded paddle grips, a phone holder, and a Bluetooth speaker for my music. Everything about this bike tells you why it punches way above its price point. I’m a happy customer and I love this bike! Now, if that damned unlocked controller would just ship already! It’s been almost a month since purchasing and it still hasn’t shipped from China.

Very well built and very secure. I had to do a little modification to get it to work on the back of my MDC USA camp trailer, but it worked out perfect.

Customer photo review of Alaska Pro M-520

This is a great bike! First and foremost I bought this bike for range primarily. I have only put the initial charge on both batteries. I’ve got about 60 miles so far, and three bars showing. The bike is built well, including the welds. I like the improved 4 piston brakes. I have done upgrades, and they are a twist throttle, upgraded paddle grips, handlebar post extension, handlebar extension, rear cargo bag @ panniers, a Bluetooth speaker for tunes, a phone holder, and a bag of the front forks. I have the upgraded DNM Air shock & the unlocked controller both on the way from Freesky. I added Flat-Out to the existing inner tubes, only because the tires that came with the Alaska Pro are actually decent tires. I’ve got HEB Viperess tires, heavy duty HEB inner tubes, tire liners, and more Flat-Out. I think I’m gonna run the factory tires first a bit. All in all the bike is solid, and I had to do less to get it road ready that others I’ve assembled. The derailleur was closet to properly adjusted, but it stuck in gears 3-6 shifting up & down. I lubed everything and it would still hang up in 3-6. So, upon closer inspection ton I found a kink in the shifter cable. A quick swap-out with a teflon coated cable in which I keep extras on hand. It shits like butter now, and with a suspension seatpost & Cloud Nine seat, the bike is a joy to ride. I can ride farther & faster on this bike, and with the dual batteries range anxiety is gone.

Great experience except no directions included. Thankfully my wife’s bike already had the same equipment already installed on hers.

Customer photo review of Cheetah MT-380

By far one of the best looking bikes of this style, the LCD shot is after 90 km traveled, that was throttle only and more or less full speed. Range, acceleration, looks, build are all top notch for this price point. My only suggestions would be softer saddle, slightly more responsive rear suspension would be good, although it's not terrible by any means. Front turn signals in mirrors included could be included the only other thing I could is half twist throttle instead of the thumb. And if I want to be real nitpicky 52 or 60 volt would make this bike a tough one to top well actually it's already a tough one to top but if it had those I think you would be hard-pressed to find a better unit of this style. Customer service has been excellent as well. If you're looking for a dual motor long range moped style ebike this is one I put at the top of your list.

It's a beast. Heavy bike through tight trails. It gets me anywhere I wanna go. Battery life is amazing. 120km on a charge and still lots left! Love it so far.

WOW… Sick bike. I love it. Read a lot of reviews and looked at lots of video before buying this beast, and it blew right past my expectations… It can drive like really nice and smooth on what I call “low” mode but can get a lot of ‘pep’ on “high” mode. Seriously fun to ride, especially in the “offroad”.

Customer photo review of Alaska Pro M-520

I purchased this bike in Dec of 2024, it has been awesome, my son totally crashed it and broke the rear linkage of the frame, not Freesky's fault at all. I thought the bike was gone forever, called customer support talked to a awesome dude Horlan he got me the replacement part quickly. Put the bike together excited to go ride just to find out when mu son crashed he also broke the wires to the rear hub motor. Thought for sure this was not going to replaced. WRONG: Horlan came thru again with a new hub motor. Installed it and I am back out charging again. This company has the best customer support. I love this bike and will keep using this company for my future bikes.

Customer video review of Alaska Pro M-520

This bike is a beast, not light by any means but will get you where you want to go. I bought this bike almost 2 years ago and it has been awesome, my son crashed it and broke the rear part of the frame, I was totally bummed and thought this bike is done. I called customer support spoke to a awesome gentleman by the name of Horlan and I thought because my bike was out of the warranty period that there would be nothing they could do. Boy was I wrong Horlan ask for the serial number and Amazon receipt number, just like that within a week or two Freesky sent me a new rear end part of the frame that had broke. So I put it together and was about to go on my first ride and the bike did not move, I was so bummed. So I looked over the bike again and what I did not realize initially was when my son had crashed the and frame cracked is the at the same time it dislodged it had also snapped the wires from the harness assembly to the hub motor. So I was for sure thinking that my bike was toast, Contacted customer support again and Freesky came thru again and sent me a replacement Hub Motor I installed it and I am back on the road again. Freesky has the best customer service I have ever worked with. All companies should follow suit. I attached a video of this beast doing a single track up hill thru some gnarly foliage, the video doesn't give it justice but this was a steep hill climb. Also attached nice photos of the bike. I hope this review and video helps you in your decision in purchasing a Freesky product. 100% recommend this product.

Customer photo review of Bike Cover

So far I have 70 miles on my warrior, most of it pulling a tag along bike with an extra seat added to the gooseneck. I use it to pull my 3 year old in the toddler seat with my 5 year old on the tag along bike and the boys love it! Total weight of the boys and tag along is about 125 pounds and the warrior handles it very well. We ride mostly on gravel trails and gravel roads and those 4 inch fat tires soak up the small bumps very well. It has plenty of power to handle all but the steepest hills. The only complaint I have is the cadence sensor doesnt have the same feel as if it would have been made with a torque sensor, which feels more natural like a regular bike. Over all, I really enjoy riding my warrior and feel I got a good value for the money I spent.

Customer photo review of Warrior Pro M-530

Bike is perfect for Backcountry trails, it climbed a 3.5 mile steep mountain road with little issues. At 15-20 mph. I weigh 190lbs. I did have to stop to give the motors a break. But I was still impressed. I do wish the suspension was a little bit better for fast decents. I plan to upgrade the rear shock to the air shock option, seems like that should come standard on this bike. Doesn't look like there is an upgrade for the front. Which is unfortunate. But for the price point. It gets the job done.

Customer photo review of Swift Horse Ultra X-6E

The Swift Horse is everything I could want in an Ebike. I'm a 70 year old and I ride just about every day. I get a lot of enjoyment out of it. I would highly recommend it for other seniors or anyone for that matter. It's a very well made bike!!!

Customer photo review of Front Basket

Front basket looks good and is big enough for storage of everything I need. Installation was pretty easy but did have to take apart some parts to re-route them. I took the back basket off that came with the bike because it was the cause of the front wheel wobble. I have close to 3000 miles on my bike and have not had any problems at all. Great bike.
