Every FREESKY E-bike is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
Warranty Period
Orders placed before November 13, 2025:
- Motor, Battery, and Controller: 18-month warranty - Other Components: 12-month warranty
Orders placed on or after November 13, 2025:
- Motor, Battery, and Controller: 24-month warranty - Other Components: 12-month warranty
The applicable warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Warranty Eligibility
1. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 2. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official FREESKY website (www.freeskycycle.com). 3. For products purchased through third-party marketplaces or authorized dealers (including Amazon and offline retailers), please refer to their respective warranty policies.
Warranty Covered
Parts covered by the warranty include: frame, fork, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display (excluding damage due to water), kickstand, and hardware.
The battery warranty does not include damage caused by power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, normal wear, or water damage.
This warranty provides repair or replacement parts atFREESKY's discretion. Labor charges associated with transferring or installing replacement parts are not included. An authorized FREESKY service representative will determine whether a part meets the replacement criteria.
Warranty Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumables or normal wear-and-tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes).
- Incorrect assembly, water damage, accidents, or improper/negligent use.
- Operation or maintenance contrary to the product’s maintenance instructions (e.g., lack of maintenance).
- Defects inherent to the normal useful life or service life of the product (e.g., a worn-out battery that can be replaced by the consumer).
- Minor cosmetic issues, such as small paint chips, scratches, or sticker peeling, that do not affect riding safety. Customers may contact FREESKY for possible partial compensation instead.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement only and does not entitle the customer to a refund or full product exchange.
Warranty Shipping Fee
Battery, Motor, Controller:
- Within 3 Months: Free replacement for quality issues.
- 4 to 12 Months: Free replacement, but customer pays 50% of shipping costs.
- 13 Months to the End of the Applicable Warranty Period: Free replacement for quality issues, but the customer pays 100% of shipping costs.
- Within 6 Months: Free replacement for quality issues.
- 7 to 12 Months: Free replacement, but customer pays 100% of shipping costs.
The above shipping costs include both the delivery of replacement parts and the return of defective parts when required. Customers are responsible for following FREESKY’s return-shipping instructions.
Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be made through FREESKY and submitted to service@freeskycycle.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product must be provided.
Before filing a warranty claim, please contact FREESKY at service@freeskycycle.com, as there may be a simple fix that does not require replacement. Valid warranty claims made within the applicable warranty period from the original purchase date will be processed by FREESKY.
All warranty returns or replacements require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
If a product or component must be returned for inspection or replacement, it must be shipped in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. FREESKY is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
FREESKY will provide free replacement components when applicable (shipping fees excluded). Any installation or labor costs are not covered without written authorization from FREESKY’s after-sales team.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, products may be damaged during transit. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service@freeskycycle.com within 7 days of delivery and provide photo or video proof.
No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if scratched or damaged during transportation. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Important Safety Notice
An electric bicycle is a vehicle with inherent risk factors. Please follow all traffic rules and ride responsibly. In case of emergency braking, apply the rear brake first, then the front brake. Braking the front wheel suddenly at high speed may cause the rider to lose balance or tip over. Ride carefully and wear appropriate safety gear at all times.

Freesky offers a 30-Day Price Protection Guarantee for all ebike orders purchased directly from our official website.
1.The price protection period is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If the price of the exact same item (model, color, configuration) is reduced on our website during this period, you may apply for a price adjustment.
2.Excluded from price protection are:
- Equipments (Accessories/Electric/Parts)
- Used eBikes
- Promotions such as coupons, flash sales, bundle deals, clearance sales, or limited-time special offers
3.Once approved, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your choice.
4.Each order is eligible for one price adjustment only. If the item is discontinued or out of stock, the policy does not apply.
5.To request price protection, please contact our customer service team at service@freeskycycle.com within the 30-day window and provide your order number and proof of the lower price. We will process your request within 3–5 business days.

I. Cancellation & Return Policy for Undelivered Items
Order Charges
All orders (including pre-orders) will be charged to your credit/debit card immediately upon purchase, regardless of the scheduled shipping date.
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a full refund. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order, as orders are processed quickly.
Important Note
If a tracking number has been assigned — even if the carrier status shows “Not Picked Up” — the item is considered shipped. In such cases, refer to the “After Shipment” return policy below.
After Shipment
If you cancel an order or refuse delivery after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs, even if the original order included “free shipping.”
Accessories
For accessory orders canceled after a tracking number is generated, a $20 shipping fee will be deducted.
Delivery Address Change
A $20 fee will be charged by the carrier for requests to change the delivery address after shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance takes effect when the insured product is dispatched and is non-refundable once activated.
Non-Cancelable Orders

Cancellation Timeframe
Our order processing is fast. To cancel an order, you must contact service@freeskycycle.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order is submitted to the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

II. Return & Refund Policy for Received Items
Important Notice
After receiving your order, please retain the original packaging and all included items for at least 30 days in case of return or exchange needs.
If you need to return or exchange an item but no longer have the original packaging: You must use a box matching the original bicycle size. We strongly recommend securing the frame with protective foam or air columns inside the box to ensure safe transportation.
Once accessories are shipped, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality issues. If you have questions, contact service@freeskycycle.com before placing your order.
Note: All items must be returned in their original packaging. A $500 repackaging and handling fee will be charged if the original packaging is missing.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns require prior approval. After your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label from FREESKY.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. FREESKY reserves the right to refuse all unauthorized returns or shipments not sent as agreed.
- Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund. Brand-new, unused, and unopened items qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (US$300) and a 5% merchant processing fee. (Round-trip shipping cost is US$400 during the peak shopping season from October to December.)
- Between 15–30 days of receipt: Full refund. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (US$300) plus a 20% restocking fee based on the order amount.
- Over 30 days of receipt: Returns are not accepted.
Opened But Unused Bicycles
- Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund. Brand-new and unused items qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, but the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs (US$300) and a 20% merchant processing fee.

Used Bicycles
- Less than 30 days of receipt:

Additional Conditions for All Returns

How to Initiate a Return
Important: Refused deliveries and returns made without prior approval will not be accepted. FREESKY is not responsible for shipping costs or losses incurred from unauthorized returns.

III. Exchanges
Model exchanges are only available for electric bicycles.
If you wish to exchange your current model for another, please:
1. Contact the customer service team in advance.
2. Place an order for the target model.
3. Return the original order item.
All exchange requests are subject to this return policy and require prior email approval from the customer service team.
Please note that exchanged bicycles do not qualify for free shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

IV. Refund Process
The final refund amount may deduct applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, and credit card processing fees incurred from the original order.
Refunds for returned orders will only be approved after the warehouse has successfully received and inspected the returned package.
Once approved, customers will receive an email notification, and the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.

The bike has plenty of power. I am a stocky fellow, 5ft 10in 240lbs and it has no problem pulling me up a hill. The battery has an awesome run time. I have used the bike for hunting the past couple of months. Using one motor, I can ride all day long in the hills of Alabama and still leave with 40% battery. The Bafang motors and Samsung battery make this bike worth the price. I will say it isn’t very stable in the mud and it will come out from under you on wet pavement, but this is to be expected with anything on two wheels. The battery will drain quickly using both motors but it is super fast. I’ve had it up to 42 mph on pavement going down hill, full throttle and pedaling. I don’t care for the plastic fenders but they do serve their purpose. My biggest complaint would be the lack of customer service. The front tire would not stay inflated when I first received the bike. I had to add air several times per day. The valve stem was leaking. I contacted customer service, and was told to take it to a tire shop and have the valve stem reseated. I did and this did help but it still leaked. I provided a video to customer service and their only resolution was to sell me another tube for $40. I ordered one from Amazon for $12, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I just felt they should have honored the warranty being as the bike was ordered directly form the manufacturer as a new product. I also had to wait for parts due to them being out of stock. The website stated everything was in stock when I placed the order for Christmas. I received the bike rack a couple of weeks later, but the hardware was missing. I had to contact customer service again and wait for a couple more weeks for the hardware. I hate to be petty, but It was just frustrating having to stare at my new toy for a month before I could use it. Over all, I would purchase the bike again, but you may get better service by purchasing through a third party vendor should you have an issue with the bike.
FreeSky deserves a much higher rating than allowed. The power and range of the FreeSky Warrior E-Bike is unbelievable especially when compared to most other e-bikes specifically eAhora Romeo Pro which I had to return due to defects. I strongly recommend the FreeSky Warrior E-Bike especially at the price point. I put it together in about 2 hours and was ridding in a very hilly development in Scottsdale, Arizona. Although I only rode 30 miles in hilly terrain using various PAS levels I still had about 75% battery remaining. My only complaint was I could not lower seat. Although I am 5’8” when I STOP I am on my tip toes. I worked with Leo a FreeSky Customer Service Associate in China to see if the seat can be lowered and within a few hours he tested a different rear shock that lowered the bike perfectly, without impacting performance and provided photos. After my prior experience with eAhora response time taking 3 to 5 days I was skeptical but Leo was superb responding in less time than most U.S. based companies. Suffice to say I love the FreeSky Warrior E-Bike - its fast, stable, fat tires, rock solid steel and the range will not disappoint but more than that the service provided by Leo was unbelievable. I strongly recommend FreeSky to anyone desiring a great E-Bike with outstanding service.
This bike is AMAZING - the power it has just with one motor...imagine two motors! It's fast, powerful, comfortable - and absolutely beautiful. Being new to the e-bike world, I did a lot or research since it was going to be a big expense. The battery, motor, brakes, and full suspension were a must – and these bikes have them all.
Then the customer service…Freesky company provides OUTSTANDING service…- six ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Jensen answered all of our questions, was always patient and kind – sent helpful videos for installation of things, and was focus on our understanding of the product and our satisfaction (keep in mind they are located on the other side of the world with a 12 hr difference…so when we emailed during the day, we would have a response the following morning) I will not only continue to order from them but have been telling all of our friends and they will be ordering from them as well. Arrived very well packaged. Easy to assemble. Took about 30 minutes. Bike rides great. Very smooth operation. My only critique is the handlebar position. I prefer a less aggressive stance, so I'm looking for an aftermarket riser. Great quality bike for the price. OBTW, I completed a 30 mile road ride on rear wheel only mode and my battery stood at 91%. Wow!
We first purchased just one bike for my husband to see if the bike would be to big for me ... ( They are BIG) but my husband and I have the same inseam. So its just fine. I can't put my feet down while on the bike . But no big deal I fit comfortably over it and riding feels great. I even raised the seat a little. So we have 2 now. I Love these bikes. Super fast will go up hills which is why I got these. We live in a very hilly area. Buy you won't regret it. Oh yes my inseam in 31" and I 'm 5' 2" 3/4 almost 5'3". and 55 years old female.
I'm from Scotland UK and although there are no Freesky distributers here I contacted Freesky through their US website on the off-chance I could get a Warrior Pro delivered to the UK. Success, the Freesky rep was so helpful and worked through the various stages to get the order, payment and shipping arranged. My bike turned up at my address just 6 weeks later as promised.

The bike is fantastic too, stylish, quick and comfy. Brakes are great (as they really need to be on a 40 mph bike) It's a great allrounder and just does everything with ease, steep muddy, stony tracks up in the Scottish Lowlands or smooth, windy roads, it's just great fun!
I give Freesky and the Warrior a total thumbs up and would recommend them to anyone looking for this sort of bike.
I bought it 5 months ago. Speed is as declared 38 mph even uphill. Miladge is about 5000 miles for now. No any issues with battery. Had some minor issues with brakes and screen, but got them from the seller and replaced easily. No need special knowledge or tools. Awesome customer service.
I ordered directly from the Freeskycycle website and received my Ebike Warrior in 3 days, even though the warehouse is located in Ontario, which is over 11 hours away by road since I am from Quebec. Everything was well packaged and easy to assemble, with the tools that Freesky provides so no additional tools were needed. I reach speeds of 51 km/h on flat surfaces and up to 55 km/h when climbing hills. It’s recommended to reduce your speed when climbing steep hills; I had no problems except on off-road slopes where I had to get off the Ebike and switch to 'Walk' mode, but those slopes were very steep and potentially dangerous. Overall, this Ebike performs very well on all terrains. I covered 60 kilometers on my 'dual motor' Ebike, and considering my weight of 200 pounds, the range is quite good too. So, it’s a powerful Ebike with an impeccable 'dual motor'. It’s a very comfortable Ebike that I use for commuting to work and for riding in the forest, even in the rain. I recommend this Ebike if you're looking for a comfortable and versatile Ebike. (Carl from Québec, Canada).

This is hands down the best long range electric mountain bike you can buy for the money! (-$2000) Its a perfect cross between an eMTB and eMX in my opinion. The range is relatively accurate however if you like to stay near 40mph you'll only get about 35-40 miles due to the high wind resistance. On the higher end I would say 70 if you're keeping it low 20mph and assisting regularly. The motor has enough power to drag you and your gear up almost any hill at 20+mph, assist on trails, etc. Now its no Surron or 250 so you wont be doing any throttles out of a dig but it definitely isnt underpowered. They use a quality, serviceable, and proven 1200w (2000w peak) MXUS hub motor in the rear, even after immense output and loads still maintains under 120 degrees F temps I cant imagine its struggling. I did experience when testing it on a very hot day and doing extreme uphill off road riding, the over temp protection for the controller cut power till the controller was cool again (5 mins coasting). The wiring did get somewhat hot but couldn't burn you. The front fork is highly adjustable with stiffness and lockout adjustments that fit most riders, but overall from what im hearing from other riders it may be a weak point as some have had it fracture or break with heavy use. It was extremely stiff out of the box and had to break in for proper travel and rebound. Overall I really enjoyed the front suspension only complaint being the preload adjustment knob is tough to turn, besides that seems very solid to me. The brakes are 180mm rotors with 4 piston floating calipers. For the weight this is expected to carry and the speed capable id really like to see a 203 or 220 rotor for additional stopping force. The hand levers are good and seem to be well adjusted and bled from the factory. The brakes are hard to get hot, especially since it has the auto cut feature where it cuts power when the brakes are applied. I don't foresee having any brake fade issues. Overall the brakes are alright kind of just mid, any less and it'd be too little, any more and I might get a little too bold haha. The wheels and tires are useable. Nothing special here just regular extruded aluminum 26x4 with a multi surface tire and inner tube. I'm 160lbs rider and I run 15psi which seems to do well on all terrain as I ride city/Trails 20+ miles every day. The Rear suspension is one of the few questionable things on this bike. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that it doesn't have any adjustability. Being a 160lb rider as mentioned before this makes the rear a bit stiff. Its stiff out of the box anyway and definitely needs 50 miles to break in. A 650lb or 750lb shock might do better, just remember the leverage arm is 2:1. I feel they could have used a higher quality component here truly somewhat lacking. The frame and battery inlays are absolutely flawless without a doubt. All of the welds are picture perfect with no splatter, and the paint is a really nice metalic flake. However, I do wish it was powder coated as that is much more durable. Get a chain Guard/ PPF or suffer like the rest of us. The pedals are just pedals, bent them fairly easily on a fall just because its a heavy bike. easy to grab a rock on trail and bend one if you're not careful. Crank and Mid box are solid, haven't taken it apart yet to put in the new controller but I will shortly. For the abuse its taken so far with no problems I have no doubts it will hold up to much much more. Havent had any kickstand problems as others apparently have? Maybe they updated it for 2024? Shifter and derailer are quality brand, but mid selection overall I assume to cut production costs. I like that they're Shimano so that they're easily replaceable however I feel a better model could have been used. You may need to tune it when you receive your bike as i noticed mine could have shifted better. I adjusted it no problems anymore. Headlight is great, its directional and focused in a bean like a cars so that it casts on the road in front of you but doesn't blind everyone around. HUGE advantage. Dont waste your money on the accessories unless its the metal luggage rack, you can get better stuff on amazon. Speaking of which if you do decide to order one, PLEASE dont order through Amazon as its a 3rd party seller and is not backed by amazon if something goes wrong. My order ended up costing me more than the bike did in time and lost wages because of the 3rd party seller on amazon. Once again I beg of you please stay away from the amazon seller. He ships with FedEx and because of FedEx hazardous material rules they wont deliver it to you, you'll have to retrieve it from a distribution center. The screen, controlls, throttle, and handlebars in general are very nice, easily viewable/changeable, and same as most other e bikes. Seat is comfy enough although could be better for long road rides. NOW for the FUN part. I was curious as to the quality and quantity of the individual cells in that batteries. I questioned whether the capacity was truthful however upon further inspection I didn't really believe what I found. The 2024 model actually has 37AH of capacity total! More than advertised! The upper battery is composed of a brigade of 3.7V 3500mah Samsung 35E 18650 cells absolutely jam packed to the brim not room for a single more battery cell. In case you're not familiar, that's about the highest commercially available grade of 18650 cell. The battery manufacturing cost isn't much less than they're sold for I guarantee that. The 25A BMS is appropriate for the motor so no complaints at all there. Charges in 6 hours. This is where things get kind of awesome. I mentioned that the 2024 model has an updated lower battery from the previous years. This is where it gained 3AH over the previous year. Instead of 18650 cells, the battery manufacturer decided to use the newer, higher capacity, higher output 3.7V 4500mah 21700 Cells. Once again jam packed with no space wasted. 30A controller on this battery pack as its larger and likely carries more of the load respectively. Sufficient for the motor/ controller. I'm not sure what brand battery cell is used in the lower battery but I suspect its the Molicell P45B or similar. These battery packs are absolutely TOP OF THE LINE, especially with the integrated frame design. The locking cylinders perform well and its a very nice security feature. Lastly, its unfortunate that the motor controller isn't capable or programmed for Regenerative braking as that would further extend the range likely around 10 percent. Not terrible to pedal without battery but its not easy. Very stable at high speed, extremely capable. It loves the trails powering through almost anything you throw at it. Admittedly not for a small rider need to be 5'6" or better to be comfortable. This thing beats traffic x2 and is 10x more fun, I'm never going back to a carrrrrrr.

Bike is almost perfect. The range and power is perfectly balance out. I do a lot of offroading ride with it around the mountains in the Bay Area, California. The only thing that made me upset was the rear wheel is wobbling when I first got it, but since I do not want to send it back, I just went to my local bike shop to get fixed.
It's a beast. Heavy bike through tight trails. It gets me anywhere I wanna go. Battery life is amazing. 120km on a charge and still lots left! Love it so far.

Sick bike. I love it. Read a lot of reviews and looked at lots of video before buying this beast, and it blew right past my expectations… It can drive like really nice and smooth on what I call “low” mode but can get a lot of ‘pep’ on “high” mode.
Seriously fun to ride, especially in the “offroad”.
Bike is perfect for Backcountry trails, it climbed a 3.5 mile steep mountain road with little issues. At 15-20 mph. I weigh 190lbs. I did have to stop to give the motors a break. But I was still impressed. I do wish the suspension was a little bit better for fast decents. I plan to upgrade the rear shock to the air shock option, seems like that should come standard on this bike. Doesn't look like there is an upgrade for the front. Which is unfortunate. But for the price point. It gets the job done.
This bike is one of the best e-bikes I have ever had the pleasure of riding. I have tested and tried so many different e-bikes and this one is by far the best. The price is half or even a third of what you would pay for even a lower make and model at any local bike store. The power and the range are mind blowing and so cool to experience. Also the customer service is exceptional. They are responsive, informative, and always willing to provide suggestions, information, and solutions. Bonjour j adore mon Warrior m-530, tres performant quan meme une bonne autonomie,malgré que je l exploite au max toujour en awd et je roule souvent en haut de 50 kmh je peut faire 60 km avec une pleinne charge,mais si je roule en awd a rouler smoot genre 35 kmh je fait facile 90 km avec la batterie,et si je roulerait juste avec le moteur arriere a rouler normalement genre 30 km je pourait faire facile 130 km avec la batterie ces tres bien vue que je roule avec juste 5 lbs air tire avant et 7 lbs air le tire arriere,Rouler avec des tire gonfler avec plus d air genre 15 lbs je ferais beaucoup plus de km avec la batterie moi jaime le comfort du velo a base pression d air ,et le freinage est telment performant Jadore mon Warrior et jadore l exploter au max, merci a Freesky. Amazing bike to going long trip and fast ..strong torque .easy going even off road .i love it . I can do easy 100 km in one charge by using level 3 assisstance and using alot my legs .i recommand this bike to anyone want to enjoy speed torque distance
LOVE THIS BIKE! We've had them for just under a year now and have put over 100 miles on each bikes motor. Zion, Grand Teton, Yellowstone, Big Bear and soon Mammoth! Our longest trip on one battery was 65 miles in one charge pedal assist between 1 and 2 and I had about 1/4 battery life left. Love the dual motor! Decided to get this bike for that reason! To be able to pull our 40lb and 20lb kids in their trailer was important and we needed a bike that could do that weight without draining fast. The dual motor for a solo rider is soooo fast! I love the fact you can unlock the speed top out and I easily hit 37mph on the road quickly, haven't had the need to go faster. I love the lower bar, makes it easier for me to get onto the bike which is why I chose Warrior over Alaska. Im 5'10" and I feel like the bike is a great height, husband is 6'1" and great height for him as well. My 5'5" sister in law did have trouble due to her height and the bike is fairly heavy so she did struggle there as well. The front light is super bright at night which made our night rides much easier. We had trouble with both bikes turn signal sticking and not turning off, contacted customer service they did some troubleshooting and ended up sending us new motors that fixed the issue. The only con i have about the bike is the throttle is on your left side and the horn is hidden under the throttle so that part is annoying but you do get use to it just wish throttle was on the right side, maybe future models will switch it up. All around id buy and recommend this bike to everyone! Worth the price!

This thing is a beast! Really fast and easy to ride. It’s almost too fast, I got up to 38 mph very quickly, I was not expecting that kind of performance.
I’ve had RadBikes in the past, and they a solid, dependable bike for sure. But they have always bogged down on hills. This Warrior eats up hills with ease, no bog down at all. On really steep hills, engage the front motor and you will actually accelerate uphill. I weigh 230 lbs btw. Amazing!
The left hand throttle takes a minute to get used to, but that’s no big deal. The display screen is bright and easy to use.
Great build quality too. There is nothing about this machine that I don’t love. We’re going places together.
I’ve been extremely happy with this bike so far. The ride quality is excellent—very smooth and stable, even at higher speeds. I’ve taken it up to 40+ mph and it still feels planted and controlled, which really impressed me. The dual motor setup is one of my favorite features. When you need power, it’s instantly there. Whether you’re accelerating, climbing hills, or just want that extra boost, the bike delivers without hesitation.
The overall build quality feels solid, and it’s definitely a head-turner. I get compliments on it all the time when I’m out riding. People are constantly asking what kind of bike it is.
The range has also been great. My longest ride so far has been around 25 miles, and the bike still had plenty of power left. That gives me a lot of confidence for longer rides.
The only issue I ran into was during assembly. The brakes felt a little squishy, which I later realized was due to air in the brake lines. I contacted Freesky support and they were very helpful. They helped me find a local shop that is an official Freesky dealer so I could have the brakes properly bled. After that, the brakes felt perfect. Freesky also told me they were sending a reimbursement check for the repair, which I really appreciated. That level of customer support goes a long way.
Overall, this has been a great bike. It’s powerful, stable, comfortable to ride, and gets great range. Between the performance and the customer support, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. 🚴♂️
Absolutely love my Warrior. Great power and range. Although quite powerful running rear motor only having the dual motors takes it to another level especially on hilly trails loaded with gear. So far unstoppable in any terrain. 6'3" 275lbs and doesn't even phase this beast. I commute daily on it and it's truly enjoyable.

These bikes have cruise control and go over 30mph with hydraulic brakes and huge battery? Yes you heard me. I have purchased 3 Warriors and 1 Wildcat and our whole family is now certified e-bikers. Jensen with Freesky has been an absolute GOAT making sure all of our issues were resolved. I ordered a spare battery and when I received the wrong type from the factory he tirelessly pursued the issue until he identified the problem (the factory was sending the identical battery with the wrong amperage in the circuitry) and Jensen figured it out from the serial number. If your battery has a "45A" or "50A" in the serial number it's for the Dual Motor bike. If it's got a 30A than it's for a single motor model. I finally got the correct one! The bike performs beautifully both off-road on dirt, gravel(be careful) and trails. I even bring it on the commuter train and nobody gives me a hard time(it's not too big). And one of the best parts is that bike repair shops like to work on it because all the equipment is standardized based upon Shimano - I use Shimano "cintered metal" brake pads and you will be amazed at the improvement in brake performance. Great job Freesky - Let's get torque sensors on the next flagship!
The warrior handles really well on all kinds of terrain. Up hills or down it is always up for the challenge. I have had a couple small problems with the right signal light staying on and I am hoping the technician at freesky can fix the issue. Because it has been happening to both of my warrior bikes. Otherwise no issues and a whole lot of fun.

Up to this point I hadn't yet realized that the most difficult part about owning an M3O is writing the review. Keeping things short and sweet is not in its nature, nor is it mine.
The FREESKY WARRIOR is my first ebike, which I purchased in April of 2O25 after scowering the internet for months, in search of the perfect bike at a perfect price point. I spent hours doing my duedilligent research on individual bikes as I became aware of another that seemingly fit within the confines of my stipulatory creteria. I read hundreds, if not thousands, of reviews. I watched countless YouTube videos. I spent almost everyday reminding myself that I'm not Surronster, and that I don't have 20 grand to spend on a bike like one of his.
I knew of one thing that was certain above all else, I had a deep and adamant refusal to spend 2 thousand dollars on some run-of-the-mill, Mickey Mouse, ebike that I would look awkward riding at 6'2, that I would bore from and grow tired of by the end of the second day that I spent riding it, or that I wouldn't be safe on, un able to keep up with traffic.
When you're on a FREESKY WARRIOR, people notice. You quickly realize that, even amongst other ebike riders, yours is the big boy. It's a large bike with massive tires. In dual motor mode, it has unmatched acceleration. It leaves you unable to look at any single motor bike as though it has any real power, whatsoever.
The last thing that you're not going to get with any other bike, is Leo. If you have any questions, concerns, a part that needs replaced or you need to know how to replace one, Leo is always an email away. He'll even set up a video call to make sure that you have hands on help with an installation process. Arrived as expected, box in good condition, set-up was approximately 1hr , taking my time , inspect everything, also checked all bolts , everything was good , first 200kms were mostly down paved trails , last 50kms were in the bush , rougher trails and lots of hills, suspension works great , handles great , power and speed is amazing , I’ve been getting lots of compliments on how good the bike looks , only thing I would like to see is bolts on main frame for water bottle install and metal fenders , either way I think the bike is totally awesome, strongly recommend
This bike is great. I got a little over 1200 miles on it and with no issues other than just maintaining the bike, great torque for going up hills and barely losing any speed and a very smooth ride with the full suspension and awesome stopping with the hydraulic brakes. Would definitely get another model or a new version in the future
Loving the bike, lots of power, climbs steep hills with ease, customer service was very helpful, the seat had a hole in it from shipping and I was sent a new one.
This bike is great. Just hit a little bit over a thousand miles on it, takes steep hills with no problem, nice on trails with the full suspension rides smooth. With the big tires and going fast. People definitely hear you coming. Would definitely buy another bike from these guys.
